• If the product is damaged, let us know within 24 hours of receiving
• If the product is not the correct size, let us know within 24 hours of receiving
• Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
• We will only exchange or refund any product(s), if a defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered. Change of mind will not be acceptable.
• It is the liability of the customer to send back in its original packing as was received. Shipping cost to be borne by the customer.

Warranty Policy

• Warranty claims differ based on the respective product supplier and cottonandsilk.net.pk does not offer any warranty claims directly.
• As far as the products are concerned, not all products come with a warranty; if the products are available with a warranty then it will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
• Warranty claims are met directly through the vendor at their respective service centers.

Refunds

• We issue refunds for Contracts within 14 days of the original purchase of the Contract.
